This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy“) specifies the conditions for the processing of personal data (hereinafter also referred to as “data“) and cookies as part of the website run via the website available at: redio.pl and related subdomains made available to individual customers (collectively referred to as the “Website“) owned by Recodeit sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland.

The information obligation contained in the Privacy Policy results from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE (“GDPR“).

  3. [Purposes and legal basis for processing] Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests in order to:
    1. creating a user account on the Website, using an email address and optionally first and last name;
    2. logging in to Facebook and YouTube via OAuth to enable the use of the main functionality of the Website, i.e. streaming data to social media. However, it should be noted here that the Website does not process the above-mentioned data directly, and only saves the required user access tokens for future use in accordance with the purpose of the Website. The Website logs in to the YouTube account via the OAuth API client, which uses the YouTube API Services;
    3. displaying data about available YouTube channels and Facebook pages to which the user gives access to the Website for further use by the above-mentioned user to stream data to them;
    4. displaying YouTube channel / Facebook page icon and name in the app for better readability;
    5. answering a question contained in the contact form or technical support form (“Form”) or a question sent via e-mail / telephone provided by the Administrator – until the answer to the question is provided and correspondence or objection to processing are raised for this purpose (legal basis : Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Forms do not use data from Facebook and YouTube;
    6. securing possible claims – until their statute of limitations resulting from generally applicable provisions of law (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  4. [Voluntary] Providing personal data is voluntary, it makes it impossible to receive an answer to an inquiry via the Form or available contact channels. It also does not hinder the use of data streaming provided by the Website. The administrator mentions that in order to be able to stream data via the Website to YouTube channels or to a Facebook page indicated by the user, the user must have access to them and log in via the Website to the above-mentioned platforms. However, the transfer of login data takes place outside the Website.
  5. [Data recipients] The Administrator uses the services of other entities (subcontractors) in his activities, therefore, in justified cases, he transfers personal data to the following recipients who process data on behalf of the Administrator, including IT system operators (hosting providers), such as:

[Data transfer to third countries] Due to the fact that we use the services of other suppliers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), namely to Belize and the United States. The European Commission has determined that some countries outside the EEA protect personal data adequately. Since the country to which we transfer personal data has not been recognized as a country with adequate protection, the transfer of data takes place on the basis of an agreement containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. Regardless of this, we indicate that the servers of the hosting provider indicated in point 5 lit. b are located in the territory of the EEA.

  7. [Data of a specific category] The administrator does not process special categories of personal data.
  8. [Your rights] According to the GDPR, you are entitled to:
    1. the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
    2. the right to rectify (correct) your data;
    3. the right to delete data, limit data processing;
    4. the right to object to the processing of data;
    5. the right to data portability;
    6. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, ie the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw);
    7. the right to withdraw consent at any time – if the processing of your data is based on your consent.

The administrator mentions that along with the moment of removing the connection of the Website to the channel on YouTube or the page on Facebook by the user, the data regarding the above-mentioned connections, including any authentication tokens, are removed. Only the history of the user’s activities within the Website, which includes the names of mentioned page or feed, remains on the Administrator’s servers. page or feed. The user, in addition to manually removing the mentioned data, may also request the data to be deleted by the Administrator. However, Administrator mentions that deleting data on authentication tokens from Facebook and YouTube will prevent the use of streaming to selected social media.
  9. [Automated decisions, including profiling] Based on your personal data, the Administrator does not make automated decisions for you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
  10. [Automated marketing, mailing] The administrator does not send users messages other than those related to the direct functioning of the website. These include password reminder or registration notification. The administrator does not exclude the commencement of automated marketing in the future, but this will only be done with the separate and express consent of the user.
  11. [COPPA] The Administrator declares that the Website is not directed to children. It is aimed at people professionally involved in data streaming, primarily B2B customers.

    Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Website user, which can be read by the Administrator’s IT system (own cookies) or the IT system of third parties (third party cookies).

  4. remarketing, i.e. research on the behavior of website visitors through anonymous analysis of their activities (repeated visits to specific pages, keywords), in order to create their profiles and provide them with advertising tailored to their expected interests, also when they visit websites in the advertising network of Google Ireland Ltd. or Google Inc.

In particular, as part of the Website, the Administrator uses the following services:

1) Polylang – allowing for multilingualism of users (more information at https://polylang.pro/);

2) Google Fonts – enabling the use of Google fonts (in this case, Google may track user activities, more information at https://fonts.google.com/);

3) Google ReCaptcha – allowing to confirm whether the user filling in the Form is not the so-called bootem (in this case, Google may track the user’s activities, more information at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/);

4) YouTube – for the purpose of displaying videos, allowing for the storage of information about the user, which allows the use of the functionality of the YouTube service (in this case, Google may track the user’s video playback).

The privacy policy of the services provided by Facebook can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation/. Information collected by both Google and Facebook is anonymous and collective. In particular, they do not contain Website users understood as personal data.

Cookies are used with the consent of the user. The User’s consent is expressed through the appropriate settings of the software, in particular the web browser, installed on the telecommunications device used by the user to view the content on the Website.

By default, web browsers (website user’s software) allow cookies to be stored in the end device, the website user can always change the web browser settings that determine the use of cookies. Due to the storage period, cookies are divided into session cookies and permanent cookies. The user has the option to manually delete all or selected cookies, according to the options provided by the web browser or related tools.
